We ship from Bern throughout Switzerland . Orders are sent by Swiss Post . For other countries, orders are delivered by other carriers.

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Another email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped .

You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

1. Customer emails info@hyphead.com to file a return request.
2. The customer sends the goods, at his own expense . The address of the return recipient is as follows:

• The product must be complete , properly protected, in its original packaging , with the protective film or protective packaging intact (unopened), as well as all its accessories, manuals and documentation.
• The product must be sent with:
  • The return request number, provided in the previous step.
  • A copy of the sales invoice
• The product is checked by Hyphead's internal services, which will decide whether or not to validate the refund, in particular by verifying that the product has been fully returned and in a condition suitable for its re-marketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal.
• If the goods meet the above conditions , they may be eligible for a refund .
• If the goods do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the customer, who will not be entitled to a refund.
