1. General information

These general conditions of sale apply to all products and services sold exclusively through the Hyphead E-Commerce site. They define the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Personal data

Hyphead respects the confidentiality of personal data communicated by customers on the E-Commerce site and manages the data in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

3. Sales process

3.1. Orders

3.3. Product representation

Hyphead strives to ensure that the products and services sold on the e-commerce site are represented by photographs that are as accurate as possible. Hyphead guarantees the shipment of products and services sold through the e-commerce site to Switzerland, France (metropolitan), Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands and in no other country. The products and/or services will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

From the time of ordering and confirmation of payment, delivery times, given here as an indication, are as follows:

  • 2 week lead time for France, Germany, Italy, Austria, United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands

3.6. Returns, withdrawal and refund

Upon receipt of the product by the customer, the latter has a right of withdrawal to be exercised within 14 days by returning the delivered product, the return costs being borne by the customer. Only products purchased on the E-Commerce site, and returned with their protective film or their individual protective packaging (unopened and in their original packaging) can be refunded.

  • If the goods do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the customer, who will not be entitled to a refund.

3.7. Repairs

Hyphead customer service does not carry out any repairs.

4. Applicable law and competent court

These general conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to Swiss law.
